Queer person - Ralph Hubbard
This was actually a fairly interesting story with compelling characters - at least for the first half. But I'm afraid almost all of its positive attributes are almost completely undone by its dated and racist aspects. The other two reviews give an extremely accurate account of the many issues contained within these pages. So, while not an entirely unpleasant read, this still isn't one I'd recommend to anyone at all. I rate it two stars because I didn't want to gouge my eyeballs out while reading it. There are countless and far superior (and less offensive) stories about the many topics covered here - disability, ostracism, and Plains Indians.
