Bugs - Nancy Winslow Parker
A really great introduction on, what else, bugs. This is one that could work for very young kids (via the very simple poems) to older elementary (via the more complex diagrams and descriptions on the facing page). I really love the illustrations which I think will inspire children to try their hand at a few of their own bug diagrams.
