Review

I can't believe I'm admitting to liking this pink sparkly princessy book by Sarah 'The Duchess of York' Ferguson (groan) in a public space! As much as I kind of want to hate on stuff like this as girly-girl pandering....I *gulp* actually liked it. It really shouldn't be a surprise though. I'm a big fan of illustrator Robin Glasser (Fancy Nancy, You Can't Take a Balloon into the Metropolitan Museum). Plus I have a little sparkly girly-girl of my own who has an insatiable appetite for this kind of thing. That means I know it can be much, much worse so I'm gonna sacrifice the hipster card I never really had and admit I like this one.
What is it about? Does it really matter? Not really. It's about tea and it's cute and sweet and pink and sparkly!
