I love the reinforcement that this book provides about science as an ever-changing field - always open to self correction. And I think the concepts explored are done in a simple, kid-friendly way. I also really love the accompanying illustrations by John Rocco. They are superior to those often found in this type of book. However, I agree with others that perhaps the subject is too broad to be completely satisfying. I was particularly annoyed that the specific scientists were unnamed as I specifically chose this book to pair with a study on Copernicus and Galileo.
