Glamorous Glasses - Barbara Johansen Newman

I always wanted glasses as a kid (and braces), but alas my parents couldn't really afford trips to the Optometrist and, probably more importantly, I didn't really need them. So, I can totally relate to this book. Now days I'm glad I don't need glasses, but if I'd read this book as a kid I still would have wanted glasses!
