Bashara Likes Books

A solid collection of nursery rhymes with the highlight being the accompanying illustrations by Byam Shaw - a British artist working at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. They are not the typical cutesy child-centric fare that usually accompany these poems. Instead they're more mature, dramatic and visually arresting.
