Review

The kid loves Pigeon and I too love Pigeon. What I don't generally love are sequels, but there are always exceptions. Some of the pigeon books are basically just re-imaginings of the original premise (Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus) - not a problem really, but also not something I'm gonna jump up and down about. This, however, is a little different. Here we find Pigeon in a little different situation. He finds a hot dog. He loves hot dogs. He is going to eat said hot dog. But wait, here comes a little duckling asking all kinds of annoying questions about hot dogs. What's a pigeon to do? Just a plain fun, joyful, hilarious read aloud - nothing more, nothing less.
